The staff are all friendly and helpful. The place is clean and comfortable, but could be cooler. I tried the empanada and it was pretty good for 49 p.

Your typical fast-food go to when you are in a busy schedule. They do offer unlimited rice option for some items. Service is fast for refills but waiting time after your initial order may take about 10 minutes. They do offer metal cutlery before but now, its all plastic spoon and forks which may affect your dining experience. As others review mentioned, tables are somewhat too close to one another and can somewhat only allow 1 person to pass through at a time.

Mang Inasal is undoubtedly well-known and often a top choice for many. However, our recent experience was far from ideal. The staff, particularly the dining crew, were not friendly or approachable, and they seemed reluctant or annoyed when we requested additional rice. We chose to remain calm and understanding, but it’s disappointing considering the expectations of good customer service in the food industry. After all, customers exchange their money for quality food and service, and receiving this kind of treatment feels unjust. As an HRM graduate with experience in the food industry, I understand the importance of delivering excellent customer service. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve faced dissatisfaction with this branch. That evening, I had no other option since my sister wanted to eat there—she loves the chicken pecho and had been craving it. While I understood the situation, it seemed evident that management might be facing challenges such as understaffing, resulting in overworked dining crews who may be stressed and in poor moods, leading to subpar service. I wanted to share my experience in the hopes that improvements can be made. Despite this, I remain open to visiting this store again if the service improves. --- **Note:** I visited today and had a satisfying, heavy breakfast. I’ve updated my rating to reflect the noticeable improvements in service. I’d like to commend the cashier, Juvy, for her excellent customer service—she’s consistently helpful and always greets with a warm smile. I also want to recognize Wena from the dining area, who was equally attentive and pleasant. This time, I truly saw a positive change, and I hope this level of service is extended to all customers. While it wasn’t too busy this morning, I sincerely hope the same quality of service continues even during peak hours. Kudos to the team!

Located near a gas station and a busy intersection, this Mang Inasal branch becomes too busy during lunch and dinner. Rest assured, they served delish chicken inasal.

Newly renovated restaurant! Now has a second floor to accommodate more dine-in customers. Menu has also been updated, they now serve liempo. Delicious and juicy barbecue chicken, plus other food like palabok, halo-halo, empanada, crema de leche, pork & bangus sisig etc

Very Accomodating Staff, Also the Service is very Nice The Food that they served is very Delicious. Kudoss!

Strategic location, very accessible and with lots of parking space. It also has a huge outdoor dining area. Love almost everything they offer. Downside, you won't be able to use Happy Plus :(
